A është e sigurtë të shkojmë te dentisti tani?

Higjiena është komponent kyç i të gjitha profesioneve mjekësore, pasi një ambjent i sterilizuar dhe i pastër minimizon rrezikun e infeksioneve apo komplikimeve të ndryshme.

Në këto kohë post-COVID19, me masat e ndërmarra, klinikat dentare dhe laboratorët dentarë konsiderohen të sigurtë, nëse respektohen rregullat nga të gjitha palët e përfshira.

Sipas protokollit të masave higjieno-sanitare, "Administratori i klinikës dentare është përgjegjës për implementimin e masave... Administratori kryen çdo ditë vlerësimin për prezencën e simptomave të COVID-19 në personat e punësuar dhe pacientëve në ambjentet e klinikës. Në rast të shfaqjes se simptomave nuk lejohet vijimi i aktivitetit nga personi përkatës dhe duhet të raportohet menjëherë si rast në numrin 127.

Masat e ndërmarra përfshijnë:

matjen e temperaturës të çdo personi që hyn në klinikë,
ofrimin e dorezave mbrojtëse, maskave dhe higjenizuesve me mbi 60% alkool;
vendosjen e MMP (Mjete Mbrojtëse Personale) sipas nivelit të riskut;
dezinfektimi i ambientit dhe larja para hapjes dhe pas mbylljes, etj.

Si të minimizojmë rrezikun?

Ka disa mënyra me anë të së cilave mund të qëndrojmë të sigurtë, për të mirën tonë dhe të komunitetit në tërësi.

Teknologjia është gjithashtu e rëndësishme dhe duhet të jetë bashkëkohore, në përputhje me standartet e nevojshme europiane.

Gjithashtu, mjeku duhet të ofrojë këshilla rreth shëndetit oral dhe praktikave më të mira për kujdesin e dhëmbëve, pastrimin e tyre, kariesin, erën e gojës, sensitivitetin e dhëmbëve, erozionin e zmaltit, etj.

Dentistët kanë marrë një "reputacion të keq", pasi shumë persona kanë frikë t'i drejtohen klinikave prej dhimbjes që asociojnë me dentistët. Por ky mit tanimë është hedhur poshtë, pasi ka dhjetëra dentistë në Tiranë që zhvillojnë procese pa dhimbje që garantojnë rezultatet e dëshiruara, si dhe një këshillim të besueshëm dhe sjellje ideale edhe me pacientët më të frikësuar, si fëmijët apo personat që e kanë fobi të shkuarën te dentisti.

Koha jote është e shtrenjtë, ne e kuptojmë këtë dhe duam të të kursejmë sa më shumë kohë e energji.
